We are back from our trip abroad and I have a lot of writing to do! In total, we visited 30 countries. I thought I would hit this topic of price first since the numbers are all in. How much did a year of no work and all play cost? I’ll break it down here.
We designed this trip with a car in mind. What we didn’t know is that we would get so lucky with this one.
Packing for a year
Putting your whole life into a few suitcases is odd. Especially when you try to plan for almost all seasons. Then on top of that, climbing requires a whole bag full of metal… Well, we made it all fit, but it’s definitely not light.
In the last post I alluded to segmenting my life into blocks of time that signify big events. Time for another one: my husband and I are going on a sabbatical!

As if this topic hasn’t been pushed on you enough, I will do my best to convince you even more about the importance of writing lists! As we go through life’s milestones it becomes increasingly evident that you are never truly rich until you have time. Being rich is having money; being wealthy is having time….
How To Begin
